In todays world the most simple way to restate this phrase is...
"The lessons we learn in life are going to kick us in the butt, but each day we make it through we are blessed with the promise of tomorrow"

    I'm sorry you didn't have the time to correct this assignment... I was really interested in seeing how you "read" Iscorates in fabulous, classical detail! :)
